WHO WE ARE


A study of professionals dedicated to the management of ideas and projects, providing advisement and education, and energizing transformative processes. The QUID team is made up of experienced professionals with multi-disciplinary skills in planning and design of landscapes, architecture, urban design, and eco-friendly and culturally sensitive management.

We work with an interdisciplinary vision using common sense, transforming and re-purposing spaces. We value the opportunity to transform degraded spaces into vital ones.













What do we do?

We CREATE regional plans, with emphasis in all its components.

We are CONSULTANTS in the implementation of plans and projects, creating and designing follow-up steps.

WE CREATE PROJECTS

We DESIGN and DRIVE projects with an integral and interdisciplinary approach.

We energize STRATEGIES that link different players in public administration and private entities among others.

We are especially interested in the REHABILITATION of SPACES, recuperation and re-purposing of degraded areas due to the exploitation of natural resources.

WE TRANSFORM

By creating projects, plans and working in teams, we succeed in TRANSFORMING spaces, caring for the quality of the landscape.

We are interested in EDUCATING, creating workshops to drive the transformation.

OUR TEAM



Andres Plager

Andres Plager graduated with a degree in Landscape Planning and Design in the School of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of Buenos Aires. He specialized in urban and regional planning in the School of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of Buenos Aires.

He has attended numerous conferences, post graduate courses and has published papers in trade journals. He taught courses in Urban Planning in the chairs of Kulliock, Civelli y García Espil of the School of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of Buenos Aires. He was also a member of the Thays Chair of the School of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of Buenos Aires. Co-directed numerous theses in the degree of Planning and Design of Landscapes and formed part of juries of public offices of the city government.

He was consultant of Planning of Landscapes and Urbanism.

He coordinated project teams in various public spaces in the city of Buenos Aires.

He is the founder and team member of QUID Consultants.

Lucila Buron

Lucila Buron studied Planning and Design of Landscapes in the College of Architecture and Urbanism of the School of Agriculture at the University of Buenos Aires.

She specialized in environmental management at FAUD, University of Mar del Plata. She actively participated as teacher in the Planning and Design of Landscapes workshop (FADU, Arq. Marcelo Vila chair) in 2003, 2004 and 2005 and in Morphology and Communication (FADU, Ibarborde chair) in 2004. She attended numerous conferences, post graduate courses and presented papers in trade journals. She worked as Creative Designer in landscape workshops. From 2003, she develops public and private projects. She combines design, functionality, the interaction of people with nature and the caring of the environment to transform meeting, leisure, recreation and daily-life working spaces.

Between 2010 and 2015, she was the leader of the Directorate of Green Spaces and Environment in the Coronel Pringles district as General Manager in charge of development and maintenance of all public spaces in the city. She is a founder and team member of QUID Consultants.

Valeria Muchinsky

Valeria A. Muchinsky received a degree in Architecture from UBA in 2001 with a major in Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the School of Architecture, Design and Urbanism of UBA. Since 2001, she works as professor, researcher and fellow in FADU_UBA attending to the problems and state of the social housing stock as well as the challenges of evaluation, diagnostics and planning of urban settings, promoting social and territorial equality, dialog and participation.

Throughout her academic trajectory she participated in Agreements with the Commission on Municipal Housing (hoy IVC), Central Society of Architects and the University Political Secretariat where various National Universities and INTI interact, she was a member of the UBACyT Project, of Team of Young Researchers in SI_FADU. She was also a member of the research team that won the ARQUISUR 2007 and PIUBAMAS 2013 prizes for best scientific works and has authored and co-authored publications and presentations in journals and conferences.

At present she works as competitive appointee Professor of Urban Planning, Adjunct Professor of Construction Pathologies and is the co-director of the UBACyT Project in the program of Habitation Maintenance.

Concurrently, since 2012 she has been a member/adviser for the City of Buenos Aires government, performing since 2014 as assistant manager in Recovery of Heritage Buildings. She is a team member of QUID Consultants.

Adrián Yannibelli

Adrián Yannibelli received a degree in Architecture from FADU-UBA and a post graduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning from FADU-UBA.

Since 2005 he has taught the course Constructions III, currently with the position of First Assistant in FADU-UBA and is a participant member of the Evaluation Table of Seminars for senior students at the ORT Technical School.

Since 2004 he has performed as professional in the area of construction materials, working in Projects, as Director and Project Leader in various construction companies and architectural studies; performing also as independent professional in housing building projects within the CABA and province of Buenos Aires.

Since 2010 he has performed as professional in the government of the province of Buenos Aires working in Project and Infrastructure Development and providing technical assistance to Municipalities and Provincial Entities in the Directorate of Public Investment (DPFIB) belonging to the Sub-secretariat of Coordination with States and International Credit Entities, Economic Department of the province of Buenos Aires.

He has specialized in the Development and Evaluation of Investment Projects (CEPAL, BID-INDES, ASAE, INAP, IPAP). He has authored and co-authored publications related to infrastructure projects, participated in exhibitions, conferences and workshops.
Ha has also participated as adviser in the Deliberative Council of the Azul party (Bs.As.) within the framework of the project of resolution “Bicentenary Works.”

Currently, he works as professional for the government of the province of Buenos Aires in the Development and Evaluation of Infrastructure Projects. He is a team member of QUID Consultants.

Mario D. Carmona

Mario D. Carmona received a degree in Architecture from FAU-UBA and a post-graduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning FADU-UBA.

Since 1989 he has performed as professor of Urban Planning, currently with the position of Head of Workshops in FADU-UBA and since 2005, thesis tutor for students of Landscape Design.

He has authored and co-authored papers and participated in exhibitions, conferences and congresses. He was selected to participate in the first Call for Plans, Projects and Ideas for Amba, organized by the CPAU Commission of Urbanism and Environment.

Since 1988 he performs as professional for the City of Buenos Aires government having developed diagnostic works, standards and revisions of urban codes, projects and urban impact studies in the ex Urban Planning Council, Secretary of Planning (today, Ministry of Urban Development) in the area of historic preservation.

He has also participated as professional in the restructuring of the 4th district of the city of Buenos Aires performing territorial and environmental diagnostics and action proposals.

Currently, he is developing accessibility projects for the Integral Urban Maintenance Entity of the Ministry of Environment and Public Spaces.

He is a team member of QUID Consultants.

Julieta Buron

Julieta Buron es Diseñadora Gráfica, recibida en la Facultad de Arquitectura, Diseño y Urbanismo de la Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Se especializó en Gestión Estratégica de Diseño, en el Politécnico de Milán Tiene amplia experiencia en el desarrollo de marcas, identidad corporativa, diseño de material promocional; desarrollada en empresas de marketing, publicidad y consumo masivo.

Trabajó en estudios de diseño, empresas de publicidad como Agulla y bacetti BTL, empresas de marketing como Rapp Colins y empresas de consumo masivo, como Cervecería Isenbeck, entre otras. Forma parte del equipo de QUID Consultora.

Natalia Raffo Quintana

Natalia Raffo Quintana es Licenciada en Ciencia Política de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, recibida con honores en el año 2001. Orientó sus estudios en Gestión y Control de Políticas Públicas en la FLACSO mientras se desempeñó como Docente Ayudante en la Cátedra del Dr. Pedro Pírez para la materia “Gobierno Local, Procesos e Instituciones” y el Seminario "Ciudad Metropolitana”, 2002 - 2005. Cursó el Módulo de Desarrollo Endógeno en la Universidad de San Martín y realizó la Especialización en Planificación Urbana y Regional, en la FADU - UBA.

Su recorrido laboral abarca lo público y lo privado, desempeñándose como Especialista en Planificación y Gestión de Proyectos, participó y lideró equipos interdisciplinarios en diferentes espacios gubernamentales (Legislatura de la CABA, Ministerio de Desarrollo Social, Jefatura de Gabinete de Nación). Trabajó en el Ministerio de Trasporte de la Nación, Unidad Ejecutora Central, como Coordinadora del Área de Estudios y Proyectos, Aspectos Sociales y Ambientales, conduciendo la identificación de estudios y proyectos en el marco del "Programa de Transporte Urbano para Áreas Metropolitanas" PTUMA, con financiamiento del Banco Mundial. Formó parte desde el momento de la preparación, del Programa para la “Mejora Integral y Electrificación del Ferrocarril Roca, Ramal Constitución - La Plata”, a cargo de la ejecución de todos los estudios asociados a los componentes (BID). Coordinó la provisión de apoyo técnico a organismos municipales y provinciales para la formulación de subproyectos y en todas las cuestiones referidas a la movilidad y estrategias socio-ambientales en el marco del desarrollo urbano. Ha realizado trabajos de asistencia y capacitación para la gestión de perfiles de proyectos en diversos gobiernos locales: Santa Fe, Rosario, Posadas, Corrientes, Pilar Buenos Aires, Salta, Chubut, Córdoba, La Rioja, La Matanza Buenos Aires.

Participó de diversos cursos y congresos de rango nacional e internacional en materia de Transporte Sustentable y Tecnologías de la Información, Desarrollo Urbano, Planificación de la Movilidad Urbana, Monitoreo y Evaluación de Políticas, habiendo formado parte del equipo que lideró las "Primeras Jornadas de Ciencia Política" UBA 2002. Forma parte del Equipo de QUID consultora.
